The Role

Sofina Foods is seeking a detail-oriented and committed Hygiene Operative to join our team on the night shift. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our production environment and equipment meet the highest standards of cleanliness, supporting food safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Working behind the scenes, your efforts will help keep our factory audit-ready and ensure smooth, safe, and high-quality production.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30pm - 6:00am

Pay: €14.95 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Use specialist cleaning equipment and approved chemicals to deep clean production areas
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hygiene protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of equipment and work areas
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and workflow guidelines
  • Report issues or maintenance needs promptly to your Team Leader or Manager
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site
  • Carry out cleaning activities according to daily schedules and hygiene checklists
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to meet cleanliness and readiness targets
  • Maintain a spotless and organized work environment
