Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred.

• Good time management and ability to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of offices and common areas during night shift.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely (vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, pressure washers).
• Use cleaning chemicals per health and safety guidelines.
• Empty waste bins and manage waste systems.
• Identify and report maintenance issues to facilities management.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental protocols.
• Manage time to complete tasks within shift hours.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and incidents.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are stored and restocked.
