• Identify and report maintenance issues to facilities management.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our facilities team in Dublin, Ireland. • Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, common areas, restrooms, and other designated facilities during night shift hours
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and pressure washers
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and products in accordance with health and safety guidelines
• Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse properly, maintaining organized waste management systems
• Identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, or damage to facilities management
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled shift hours
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and any incidents or concerns
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professional standards
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and restocked as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, facilities maintenance, or a similar operational role (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Ability to work independently and reliably during night shift hours
• Physical stamina and capability to perform manual cleaning tasks
