Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 4-star or luxury hotel environment is desirable.
• Strong presentation and service standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Night shifts, weekends and public holidays availability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.
• Guest-focused and professional, maintaining composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Event Set-Up & Turnaround: prepare, set up, and break down conference and banqueting rooms and arrange furniture and equipment.
• Guest Service: assist guests during evening or overnight events and respond to requests.
• Housekeeping & Maintenance Support: maintain cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
• Health & Safety: follow safety procedures and ensure exits and walkways are clear.
