Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Ireland is seeking a kitchen assistant to support teachers with lesson preparation, ingredient replenishment, and general kitchen tasks. Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in preparing lessons and replenish ingredients.

• Check that all cutlery and equipment are in place.
• Ensure taps, electrical points, and gas mains are off when not in use.
• Replenish perishables and check expiry dates.
• Organise kitchen and store room; replace labels as needed.
• Assist stocktake of assets.

Job description

Key Roles

• Assist teachers in preparing lessons (replenish ingredients, cut/portion chicken/fish, clean centre tables, assist students with equipment, mop spills)

• Perform general kitchen cleaning

• Maintain kitchen equipment

• Maintain kitchen/food hygiene

• Maintain kitchen safety

• Check that all cutlery and equipment are in place and accounted for

• Ensure taps, electric points, and gas mains are turned off when not in use

• Replenish perishables/dry goods and check expiry dates

• Organise equipment in kitchens and store room; replace labels/posters as needed

• Assist teacher-in-charge with stocktake of assets

Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience

• At least GCE N Level certification

• Able to use MS Word and Excel
