As part of a dedicated team responsible for newborn hearing screening in the earliest days of life, you will play a vital role in delivering a calm and supportive experience for both mother and baby. We are looking for someone who is dependable, communicates with ease and sensitivity, and works closely with new mothers and their infants. Your compassion and attention to detail will help ensure that each family feels supported and respected throughout the screening process.
This role reports directly to the Operational Coordinator and is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing family-friendly care in a hospital setting.
