Wingstop UK is launching a brand-new restaurant and seeking a General Manager for the opening. You will take full accountability for launching and leading the store, building a strong team, and delivering memorable guest experiences from day one.

You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, establish standards and ways of working, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with a lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience and track record of building high-performing teams.
• Experience with new store openings is preferred.
• Energetic, ownership mindset and bias for action.
