Job summary

RecruitNet International Ltd is recruiting a Neurophysiologist for a client hospital in Dublin, Ireland. The role involves performing neurophysiological investigations, EEG procedures, nerve conduction studies, and Video-EEG monitoring, with paediatric considerations as needed.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, ensure accurate results and documentation, and contribute to quality improvement and infection-control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of neurophysiology testing and EEG procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform neurophysiological investigations to support diagnosis and care.
• Record, measure and monitor neurophysiological activity.
• Explain examination procedures and obtain informed consent.
• Communicate with Consultants, GPs and hospital staff.
• Ensure timely completion and accurate documentation of investigations.
• Maintain, clean and calibrate equipment; report malfunctions.
• Participate in quality improvement and infection control procedures.
• Maintain safe working environment and professional relationships.
