Job summary

Evolve Psychology is expanding its Ireland team to deliver high-quality neurodevelopmental assessments for children and young people. As an Occupational Therapist, you will perform diagnostics, provide feedback, and contribute to multidisciplinary care using our in-house tools.

Qualifications

• BSc in Occupational Therapy with CORU registration.
• Minimum 3 years’ diagnostic assessment experience for autism/ADHD in children/young people.
• In-depth knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for autism and ADHD.
• Experience using diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2 and ADI-R.
• Excellent time management and caseload organization.
• Strong written language for high-quality clinical reports.
• Clear communication with children, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments.
• Conduct remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers.
• Participate in peer MDT diagnostic discussions with senior clinicians.
• Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families.
• Produce accurate clinical reports and diagnostic formulations with smart tools.
• Work to meet service KPIs.
• Provide clinical supervision where applicable.
• Travel to clinic bases for in-person assessments (hybrid role).
