Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor optical and IP networks using NOC dashboards and alarms.
• Perform first-level triage and troubleshooting of incidents.
• Open, update, and manage tickets through resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to engineers or team leads.
• Follow runbooks and change management procedures.
• Collaborate with service providers and vendors during incidents.
