You will create high-quality learning opportunities and support coaches' development throughout Ireland. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility for work-life balance.

Key qualifications include a UEFA B Licence and experience in coaching development.

Qualifications

• Significant coaching and/or coach development experience.
• Experience delivering learner‑centred coaching environments.
• Strong understanding of UEFA Coaching Convention.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and development of Coach Development programs.
• Deliver formal coaching courses from entry-level to UEFA qualifications.
• Provide mentoring and feedback for coach development.
