Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ current experience in a similar role.
• A recognized, relevant and validated City and Guild’s qualification.
• Safe Pass training.
• Good knowledge of general maintenance disciplines.
• Skills in plumbing, heating, electrical, fitting, carpentry, painting, decorating and ground works.
• Ability to carry out repairs such as replacing lightbulbs, door adjustments, locks on doors, fixing walls, broken furniture, etc.
• Must be able to work under pressure, show initiative and meet deadlines.
• Full clean driving licence is essential.
