Job summary

Google LLC in Dublin, Ireland, invites penultimate/final-year students to apply for a 13-week full-time Growth Associate internship starting in May–July 2027. You will engage with small businesses, conduct client consultations, and help drive growth via Google ads, while developing practical skills in digital sales and customer management.

Eligible candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in the EMEA region, with English plus another regional language, and an interest in sales

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in the EMEA region.
• Relevant practical or internship experience in digital sales, client management, customer service, business development, customer outreach, marketing or related fields.
• Ability to communicate in English and another EMEA language.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships through regular phone consultations and pitches with a portfolio of clients.
• Promote solutions, manage partnerships and provide analysis to drive outcomes.
• Support client relationships and help grow small businesses through Google advertising solutions.
