Job summary

Krispy Kreme Ireland Limited in Blanchardstown is seeking a 3.5T Driver to complete daily multi‑drop deliveries, ensuring our doughnuts arrive fresh for customers.

You will own your route, deliver safely and on time, keep stores stocked, and work with the Transport Supervisor to support performance. Starting salary €38,245 with a rise to €40,531 after probation, 45 hours/week, paid training, and a welcoming, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence (standard B licence suitable for 3.5T vehicle).
• Aged 23+ with a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience (insurance requirements).
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only).
• Previous commercial multi-drop driving experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of road safety and compliance.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic.
• A people-focused individual who supports an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure in-store cabinets are fully stocked, clean, correctly merchandised and campaign-ready.
• Accurately record waste and support demand planning.

Salary: Salary: Starting salary €38,245, increasing to €40,531 upon successful completion of probation.

Our Blanchardstown Drive-Thru is located in the Blanchardstown Centre retail park, just outside Dublin city. It’s a vibrant, high-energy store with a welcoming team serving our freshly made doughnuts and coffee to guests in-store, at the drive-thru, and through our delivery partners. There’s plenty of free parking on site, excellent transport links via bus and the nearby M50, and you’ll be surrounded by a buzzing team making it a great place to work and spread a little joy every day.

The Role

As a 3.5T Driver at Krispy Kreme, you will be responsible for completing daily multi-drop deliveries to our stores and grocery partners, ensuring our handcrafted doughnuts arrive fresh and ready for customers to enjoy.
You will:

This is a hands-on role where you are trusted to represent the Krispy Kreme brand on the road and in-store.

What We’re Looking For

• Full driving licence (standard B licence suitable for 3.5T vehicle)
• Aged 23+ with a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience (insurance requirements)

• Location: Blanchardstown
• Start time: Between4:00am - 1:00pm
• 45 hours per week
• 5 days over 7 (includes some weekends)
• Shift length: 9 hours per day
• 18-22 drops per day
• Competitive salary, paid monthly
