A leading managed service provider is seeking a Level 2 Engineer to act as a vital link between Level 1 and Level 3 engineers in Dublin. The role involves troubleshooting and client support across various systems including Microsoft 365 and Windows Server, with opportunities for continuous learning and career progression. Competitive salary and benefits offered including paid certifications and regular company events.
Location: Dublin (onsite, 5 days per week)
Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 + benefits & bonus
This Dublin-based MSP has been steadily growing since early 2000's, now with a team of 24 and a brand-new office. Their reputation has been built on being responsive, straightforward, and genuinely looking after their engineers as much as their clients.
They support over 100 clients - from small teams of a few users through to multi-site organisations with hundreds of employees across Europe.
The culture is what makes them stand out. You won't be stuck working solo on the road or pulled into endless late shifts. The office is collaborative, and social - a place where people actually enjoy working together. Leadership is approachable, and progression is real: the L2 role is designed as a stepping stone into projects and Level 3 engineering.
As a Level 2 Engineer, you'll be the key link between Level 1 and Level 3. You'll take escalations, work directly with clients, and get exposure to project work alongside senior engineers.
It's fast-paced, but you'll always be supported by a team around you. If you've worked in an MSP before and you're looking for a role where you can keep learning, be client-facing, and see a clear path forward - this could be the one.
