Level 2 Engineer - Dublin (MSP)

Location: Dublin (onsite, 5 days per week)

Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 + benefits & bonus

They support over 100 clients - from small teams of a few users through to multi-site organisations with hundreds of employees across Europe.

Leadership is approachable, and progression is real: the L2 role is designed as a stepping stone into projects and Level 3 engineering.

About the Role

As a Level 2 Engineer, you'll be the key link between Level 1 and Level 3. You'll take escalations, work directly with clients, and get exposure to project work alongside senior engineers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Escalation point for Level 1 engineers.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, and Intune.
• Direct client support (phone, remote, and onsite).
• Exposure to project-specific work and implementations.
• Keeping documentation up to date and managing your time effectively.

• Proven MSP experience (non-negotiable).
• Strong technical grounding across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, Intune, Sonicwall.
• Great people skills - you enjoy talking to clients and solving problems quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
