Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking enthusiastic Fundraising Ambassadors to represent MSF across Dublin and nationwide. You will engage with the public in communities, sharing the life-saving work of MSF and inspiring ongoing support.

Full training is provided, with a driving licence and access to your own vehicle required. Benefits include a base salary of €26,000–€27,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE €38,000+), a €7 daily lunch allowance, mileage reimbursement, and continuous coaching.

This is not your average desk job. You’ll be out in communities across Ireland, having meaningful conversations, sharing the life‑saving work of MSF, and inspiring people to support a cause that changes lives around the world.

No fundraising experience? No problem. We provide fully paid training from day one, giving you all the tools and support you need to succeed.

Please note:A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
