Job summary

CPM Ireland, on behalf of Médecins Sans Frontières, is seeking Fundraising Ambassadors to engage with the public across Ireland. You will represent MSF, share the life-saving work, and inspire support through conversations face-to-face in communities.

From day one you’ll receive fully paid training, with a clear career path, and an attractive package including a base salary of €26,000–€27,000 plus uncapped commission and travel perks.

We're looking for outgoing, motivated people to join our team as Fundraising Ambassadors representing Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), one of the world's most respected humanitarian organisations.

This is not your average desk job. You'll be out in communities across Ireland, having meaningful conversations, sharing the life‑saving work of MSF, and inspiring people to support a cause that changes lives around the world.

No fundraising experience? No problem. We provide fully paid training from day one, giving you all the tools and support you need to succeed.

Please note: A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
