• Preparing and cooking meals for children following the creche menu.
• Following HACCP guidelines; full HACCP training will be offered.
• Record keeping (fridge temps, etc.).
• Liaising with Creche Room Supervisors to confirm numbers and dietary requirements.
• Stock control, shopping lists, and cleaning supplies."
• Checking expiry dates and rotating stock.
• Replenishing stock supply and disposing of unsafe stock.
• Hygiene; washing and drying laundry.
• Following cleaning schedule for kitchen and staff area.
• Reporting hazards.
