Modular Project Manager — Global Delivery Leader

Job summary

Cental Modular Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex modular projects from handover through design, procurement, manufacture, installation and handover. You will coordinate internal teams, clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to meet scope, programme, cost and quality objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and the ability to manage multi-site programmes. Travel to project sites will be required, with reporting to the COO.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, construction, project management or related discipline.
• Desirable: PRINCE2, APM or PMP qualifications.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the project from handover to practical completion and close-out.
• Maintain execution plans, risk registers and reporting packs.
• Monitor milestones across design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and commissioning.
• Lead gate reviews at key project stages and ensure delivery is on time and within scope.
• Coordinate design, procurement, production and site activities with teams and clients.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, variations and margin with finance teams.
• Ensure documentation, compliance and quality records are in place.
