In This Role, You Will

• Build and mentor a world‑class mobile QA engineering team, ensuring high‑impact Android and iOS applications meet the highest quality standards for millions of users worldwide.
• Champion AI‑first testing practices, leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and generative testing frameworks to automate test creation, optimize test coverage, accelerate bug detection, and elevate product quality.
• Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to define and drive a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for mobile products.
• Lead the evolution of test automation frameworks and infrastructure, leveraging AI to create intelligent, maintainable, and scalable test suites.
• Foster a quality‑first mindset across the mobile engineering organization, positioning QA as a strategic partner rather than a bottleneck.
• Remove blockers, set clear priorities, and enable your team to deliver high‑quality outcomes in a fast‑paced, global environment.
