Job summary

Holafly, a high-growth scale-up, is seeking a QA Engineer to drive quality from the start. You will help ship world‑class software for Web and Mobile by building a robust automated testing safety net.

Collaborate in Scrum, design Playwright (JS/TS) and Maestro frameworks, perform API testing with Postman/Swagger, verify data with SQL, and mentor junior team members across the engineering squads. This hybrid Dublin role offers growth in a global SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software testing (STLC) with a focus on Web and Mobile.
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright (JS/TS) and Maestro or similar tools.
• Experience in Scrum environments and shift-left testing practices.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/Docker), and SQL for data verification.
• Fluent English with strong communication in a remote-first team.

Responsibilities

• Drive Quality Strategy: collaborate with Product Owners to define robust Acceptance Criteria and edge cases.
• Build Scalable Automation: design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks (Playwright Web, Maestro Mobile).
• Eliminate Bottlenecks: manage automated regression suites in CI/CD pipelines for fast releases.
• Technical Mentorship: support junior engineers and promote a Quality‑oriented mindset.
• End-to-End Validation: perform API testing (Postman/Swagger) and database validation to ensure data integrity.
