Job summary

Aramark Property in Dublin seeks a Mobile Plumber to deliver safe, compliant plumbing and mechanical maintenance across a varied portfolio of commercial and public-sector properties.

Responsibilities include planned and reactive repairs, diagnosing faults in heating, water and drainage systems, installing gas-fired appliances per RGI standards, and keeping accurate digital records through the maintenance app.

Qualifications

• National Craft Certificate or QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Plumbing (or equivalent).
• Current Registered Gas Installer (RGI) certification.
• Full, clean Irish or EU driving licence.
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates (Working at Heights and Confined Spaces training advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing repairs.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on heating systems, hot and cold water services, and drainage systems.
• Installing, servicing, and commissioning gas-fired appliances in accordance with RGI regulations and IS 813:2015 standards.
• Providing basic multi-skilled maintenance support, including minor building fabric, carpentry, and mechanical repairs when required.
• Maintaining accurate digital records of completed works using the company’s mobile maintenance system.

About the Role
