Glenveagh Properties PLC seeks a Design Coordinator (MMC) to ensure high-quality design across modern MMC portfolios, focusing on timber frame and light gauge steel frame systems. The role interfaces with Nua and Glenveagh, improving standardisation and efficiency across projects.

The ideal candidate will have Architecture/Engineering qualifications with MMC experience, plus AutoCAD/BIM/Revit proficiency, and knowledge of IS 440 and Building Regulations.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Architecture or Engineering with post-graduate experience.
• Experience with timber frame and/or light gauge steel frame design and detailing.
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance relevant to MMC (IS 440, Building Regulations TGD Part B and D).
• Experience with offsite manufacturing interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timber frame and light gauge steel frame design packages across Glenveagh projects.
• Maintain MMC specification and internal finish schedules.
• Act as primary design liaison between project teams.
• Manage specialist consultants’ input for MMC elements.
• Build stakeholder relationships from concept stage and communicate MMC requirements.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the Senior Design Manager – MMC.
• Promote standardised MMC systems across the portfolio.
