Job summary

The Vet Office is currently seeking several Mixed Veterinary Surgeons to join established practices across Ireland. These full-time roles involve a balanced mix of small and large animal work with on-site teams and mentoring opportunities.

Salary ranges from €45,000 to €80,000 depending on experience, with generous out-of-hours bonuses, mileage/expenses for work use, and no visa sponsorship offered. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, with a weekend rota of about 1 in 4 weekends on call.

The Vet Office is currently seeking several Mixed Veterinary Surgeons to join established practices across Ireland. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to work within friendly, experienced teams providing both small and large animal care.

About the Roles

• Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, with standard daytime shifts and a one-hour lunch break.
• Weekend rota: Generally 1 in 4 weekends on call (Saturday morning Monday), with time off in lieu the following week.
• Work variety: Balanced mix of small and large animal work, with scope to develop areas of special interest.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range 45,000 -80,000 (depending on experience, enthusiasm, and level of mentoring required)

VDS cover paid

Generous out-of-hours (OOH) bonuses, paid in addition to salary

Mileage/expenses paid for use of personal vehicle for work
