Job summary

Veterinary ST in Ireland is seeking a full-time mixed veterinary surgeon for a friendly independent practice based in Co. Meath. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the variety of mixed practice while developing further in small animal medicine and surgery.

The caseload is about 60% small animal, 30% cattle and 10% equine. 1:3 rota with plans to move to 1:4 and minimal out-of-hours duties. Salary €45,000–€75,000 per year DOE.

Qualifications

• Mixed practice versatility desirable.
• Willingness to develop further in small animal medicine and surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide veterinary care across small animals, cattle and horses.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatments.
• Participate in the rota with minimal out-of-hours duties.
• Collaborate with a supportive independent team.
