Job summary

Nazareth Care Ireland is seeking a Mission Director to lead the delivery of its Mission and Core Values across Dublin and country locations. You will develop mission training, promote the Catholic ethos, oversee pastoral care for residents, families and staff, and work with Sisters to ensure ethical, compassionate care aligned with the organisation’s ethos.

You'll collaborate with the leadership team, engage with parishes and Catholic organisations, and report progress to the CEO while guiding

Responsibilities

• Promote and embed the Mission and Values across staff and services.
• Develop mission training and e-learning resources.
• Lead education on the Congregation's history and foundress Victoire Larmenier.
• Oversee pastoral care for residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure mission alignment in decisions.
• Engage with parishes, Dioceses, and Catholic organisations.
• Report to the CEO on achievements and priorities.
