Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of steady work experience in the past 5 years or a recent high school graduate within the last 12 months.
• Willingness to learn to safely operate manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Comfort using a computer; training on office tasks provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as forklifts, clamps, and loaders.
• Support mill operations and keep work areas safe and organized.
• Load and unload products for truck, rail, and intermodal transport.
• Follow safety rules and participate in quality checks and verifications.
