Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is looking for 2 proficient MIG Welders to join our production team in Ireland. You will weld and assemble metal parts with precision, reading blueprints and ensuring quality in every weld.

A strong eye for detail and commitment to safety are essential. In this role you will set up MIG welding machines, document welding activities, and collaborate with teammates to address fabrication challenges.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
MIG welding experience in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
Commitment to producing high-quality welds with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate MIG welding machines to weld and assemble metal parts per specs.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.
Inspect welds to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with the production team to resolve fabrication challenges.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
Document welding activities, materials used, and processes followed.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to workflow improvements.
Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on welding techniques.
