Aureol Global Connections is seeking a dedicated MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in Ireland. You will perform MIG welding to build, repair, and assemble metal components with precision and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires reading blueprints and instructions, producing high-quality welds, and collaborating with production and engineering to optimize processes. A strong attention to detail and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; MIG welding certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a MIG Welder in production/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of MIG welding techniques and ability to work with various metals.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding instructions.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality welds.
• Physical stamina and dexterity for welding work.
• Good interpersonal skills for teamwork and communication.
• Adaptability to varied assignments and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate MIG welding equipment to complete tasks according to design specifications and safety guidelines.
• Analyze blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to determine welding requirements and procedures.
• Conduct quality inspections of welds to ensure durability and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize welding processes.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and workspace to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
• Keep accurate records of welding activities, materials used, and adjustments made during fabrication.
