Qualifications

• Certification de manipulation manuelle souhaitable.

We are seeking a new Fabricator Team Leader as the business continues to scale.

This role involves supervising, motivating, and assisting existing welders & fabricators.

The responsibilities include fabrication and welding of chassis and sub-assemblies.

Responsibilities Include:

• Set-up, operate, maintain, and take ownership of the role
• Work on mostly repetitive projects and builds
• Use of overhead crane, forklift, all hand tools, air tools, electric tools, hand torches
• Ability to problem-solve, interpret CAD assembly drawings with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Ability to work on own initiative and lead a team
• Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, understanding)
• Self-motivated
• Manual Handling certification is desirable as some heavy lifting will be required
