Merchants Quay Ireland seeks a Regional Manager for the Midlands to develop and lead MQI DATS services across Laois, Offaly, Westmeath and Longford. This role is based in Tullamore and involves full-time work.

You will build partnerships, manage budgets, ensure service quality, and lead teams in a trauma-informed, community-based recovery setting. Reports to the Deputy Head of Operations – Regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional services and managing teams.
• Ability to develop and manage trauma-informed high-quality services.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders, funders and local communities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day operational functions of the MQI DATS Project.
• Identify and address potential gaps or blocks for service users.
• Ensure referral pathways and interagency case management protocols are in place.
• Ensure services operate in line with MQI vision and funding requirements.
• Engage and train staff to deliver evidence-based practices and reports.
• Lead service development using evidence-based intervention models.
• Develop Open Access services at MQI DATS base in Tullamore as a regional hub.
