Job summary

AETOS COMMUNICATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mid-Weight Visual Designer to contribute to high-quality visual communications across print and digital platforms.

You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver creative solutions that align with project objectives and brand requirements. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, execution skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related design discipline.
• Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in a creative agency, design consultancy, or related environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating capabilities in editorial, branding, marketing, and/or digital design (EDMs, web banners, digital background designs).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with working knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, MiroBoard, and Figma.
• Ability to read and layout Chinese content for projects requiring Chinese communications.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop creative visual solutions aligned with project objectives and brand requirements.
• Design and execute communication materials including annual & sustainability reports, corporate publications, branding & identity systems, marketing & campaign collaterals, digital & social media assets, presentation decks, event & environmental graphics, and other integrated media channels.
• Translate complex information into visually engaging layouts, infographics, and storytelling formats.
• Maintain disciplined practice on working files to ensure consistency in design quality, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand application across deliverables.
• Develop original visual assets for social media, campaigns, and e-publications in English and Chinese.
• Source and curate imagery, iconography, and visual references to enhance design quality.
• Storyboard and design visuals for campaign videos and corporate events to support brand messaging.
• Collaborate with Senior Designer, Senior Strategic Creative Designer, Project Executives, and Designers to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Prepare final artwork accurately for print and digital production.
