Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking skilled metal fabricators in Ireland to fabricate, assemble and install metal structures per engineering drawings and project specifications. You will interpret fabrication drawings, measure, cut, bend and fit stainless steel, aluminium and carbon steel components, and operate workshop equipment.

The role requires 3+ years' experience in industrial construction, strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in metal fabrication within industrial construction, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or data centre environments.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience working with stainless steel, aluminium, and carbon steel materials.
• Proficiency in measuring, cutting, bending, assembling, and fitting fabricated components.
• Experience using a range of fabrication tools and workshop equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures per drawings and specs.
• Interpret fabrication drawings, isometric and shop drawings.
• Measure, mark, cut, bend, shape, and fit metal materials.
• Operate fabrication tools and equipment.
• Welding, tacking, grinding, and finishing.
• Manufacture and install supports for mechanical, electrical, piping, and instrumentation systems.
• Conduct quality inspections on fabricated components.
• Assist with site installation and modification works.
• Maintain fabrication records.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards.
• Adhere to health and safety requirements on site.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers and other trades.
