Job summary

EFOR in Cork, Ireland seeks an experienced MES Engineer to design, implement, and enhance MES solutions in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will digitalize processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement to boost operational efficiency.

Key duties include transitioning paper-based production to electronic batch records, developing MES workflows, supporting CSV validation, and integrating MES with ERP, SCADA, and Plant Historians, while mentoring

Qualifications

Experience in MES within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Understanding of GMP, CSV, and GxP compliance.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical MES solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to transition to electronic batch records (EBRs) within the MES platform.
Design, configure, and develop MES workflows and electronic batch records.
Support validation activities and CSV documentation per GMP requirements.
Maintain, debug, and enhance MES applications including ERP integrations.
Provide guidance, training, and knowledge sharing across the MES function.
