Sysco Ireland is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator to support merchandising activities across Newcastle West, Dublin or Belfast. This role requires strong organization, analytical ability, and clear communication to drive projects and maintain client focus.

You will manage daily volume tracking, coordinate vendor communications, and assist category strategies while ensuring timely updates and accurate merchandising tasks. Weekend coverage is required, five days over seven.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Weekend flexibility to support project cutovers.
• MS Office skills including Excel to intermediate-advanced level.
• Experience with AX is advantageous.
• Flexible, innovative and creative in problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Merchandising representation in European projects.
• Track sales performance daily, weekly and monthly to identify trends.
• Maintain business trackers and run books to ensure timely task closure.
• Lead internal and vendor communications and respond to queries.
• Support other departments on merchandising activities as required.
• Coordinate and issue merchandising communications when needed.
• Liase with Category & Trading Managers on category strategies.
