Job summary

Coca-Cola HBC is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser for Dublin city centre and greater Dublin area from October to December 2026. The role focuses on merchandising Coca-Cola HBC products across stores to ensure on-shelf availability and high execution standards.

The candidate will implement merchandising standards, manage stock levels, support in-store plans, and maintain relationships with store personnel. Lifting of stock is required and a full driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise Coca‑Cola HBC portfolio in stores to standard.
• Implement store layout plans and maintain stock on shelves and in displays.
• Support Business Developers with in-store merchandising and display execution plans.
• Assist with stock orders and product replenishment for Coca‑Cola HBC products.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for smooth execution.
• Provide strong customer service and resolve issues as needed.
• Position requires lifting of light to heavy loads of equipment and stock.
• Communicate clearly and work effectively with colleagues and customers.

Job description

Location: Dublin city centre and greater Dublin area

Contract: Seasonal 2026 - October to end December

The key tasks of a Merchandiser will include the merchandising of all Coca-Cola HBC portfolio including Coca-Cola, Fanta, Deep RiverRock, Fruice, & Premium Spirits within our customers stores. The aim is to ensure our product is available and executed to excellent merchandising standards throughout stores.

• Implement merchandising standards across Coca-Cola HBC within the different product categories
• Implement store layout plans and maintain inventory levels on-shelf and within Coca-Cola HBC chilled assets & ambient display units
• Support Business Developers in store by working on the implementation of Coca-Cola HBC or customer merchandising and display executional plans
• Provide support for stock and order of Coca-Cola HBC products
• Maintain & build relationships with key store personnel
• Provide strong customer service were required and resolve issues that may arise
• Position entails frequent lifting of light to heavy loads of equipment and stock
• Experience in customer facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently
• Full, clean Driving License
