Job summary

Sacyr UK and Ireland is seeking a Site Agent – MEP for a major Dublin Airport project. You will lead permanent and temporary MEP services, supervise site teams, and ensure adherence to design, safety, and schedule requirements.

The role requires extensive MEP experience in high-security environments, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD. A relevant degree and safety certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP works with at least 3 years in a senior site role.
• Proven experience on airport or high-security infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of structural construction methods, temporary works, and sequencing.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant certifications (CSCS, Manual Handling, Temporary Works Coordinator).

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of permanent services and installation of temporary services on the project.
• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring alignment with plans, specs, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cost control, production reporting, and works to budget.
• Develop detailed work programmes and short-term lookaheads; liaise with airport operations.
