Job summary

Kenton Black is recruiting for a leading construction contractor to hire an experienced MEP Design Manager. You will take ownership of the MEP design process on large-scale projects across Ireland and Europe.

In this role you will manage and coordinate MEP design activities, lead design reviews with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure designs meet programme, quality, compliance and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in an MEP Design Manager role.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and design coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience on Data Centre, Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Industrial projects.
• Knowledge of BIM and digital construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP design activities across projects.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure designs meet programme, quality, compliance, and client requirements.
