Job summary

The successful candidate will lead nursing teams, provide supervision and drive performance management within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to staff development and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Registered psychiatric nurse with active NMBI registration.
• Post-registration experience in mental health services.
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Commitment to recovery-focused and person-centred care.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in dynamic clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing teams.
• Ensure delivery of safe, person-centred mental health care.
• Support staff development, supervision and performance management.
• Collaborate as part of the MDT to optimise patient outcomes.
