Qualifications

Requirements:

• Active registration with NMBI as a Psychiatric Nurse (or relevant division)
• Relevant post-registration experience within mental health services
• Previous leadership or management experience desirable
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Demonstrated commitment to recovery-focused and person-centred care
• Ability to support and motivate teams in a dynamic clinical environment
