Our client is a well-established, independent menswear retailer based in Rathfarnham, Dublin. Proudly trading for over 40 years, the store has built a strong reputation for quality, service, and personal styling. With a loyal customer base and a focus on delivering one-to-one service, the business continues to offer a curated selection of premium menswear for every occasion.

We are seeking a confident, experienced Store Manager to lead the Rathfarnham store. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated retail leader who thrives in a 1:1 customer environment and is passionate about menswear, personal styling, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a small, dedicated team to deliver a personalised, premium-level customer experience.
  • Foster a service-driven culture where building client relationships and trust is at the heart of everything.
  • Oversee all daily store operations, including sales, stock management, visual merchandising, and store standards.
  • Drive sales through effective team leadership, customer engagement, and attention to detail.
  • Train, coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store KPIs.
  • Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain high visual standards, ensuring the store reflects the brand’s premium positioning.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with buyers or owners on product performance and customer preferences.
  • Report on store performance and contribute ideas to drive footfall and sales.
  • Implementation and management of an online presence
