Job summary

Qualifications

• Be familiar with the relevant training Curriculum and specialty learning objectives.
• Arrange initial one-to-one meeting with Trainee to discuss duties, goals and training plan.
• Provide regular feedback and facilitate annual evaluations of progress.

Responsibilities

• Directly observe the Trainee’s clinical work and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure trainee learning objectives are signed off within six weeks.
• Maintain learning environment and encourage attendance at educational meetings.
• Participate in recruitment, selection and delivery of examinations as required.
