Job summary

Children’s Health Ireland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Medical Division to identify, attract, and hire top medical talent. The role entails coordinating end-to-end recruitment for Consultant, NCHD and other medical appointments, and ensuring governance and regulatory compliance across CHI sites.

Qualifications

• A relevant third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organizational Development or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years full-time experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.
• A minimum of 1 year's experience in medical recruitment.
