Job Title: Medical Nursing Coordinator with fluent French

Location: Dublin – Hybrid

Salary: €44,000- €48,000 + Inc shift allowance + performance bonus + Excellent benefits

Our client is looking to hire a certified nurse who speaks French, to join their Dublin-based team. You will become a member of their medical team, which assists clients with their medical needs on an international scale while collaborating with international nonprofit organisations in need of medical assistance. Additionally, you will assist clients with their medical inquiries and help those who are traveling and sustain medical injuries to return to their home countries.

Your nursing expertise, administrative ability, organisational skills, and everyday multitasking will all be put to use in this varied profession. It would be ideal for a nurse looking for a new challenge and working for a company that provides great working hours, work-life balance, and perks.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing complex medical cases across the business.
• Working with doctors and line managers across the business to ensure submissions are accurate.
• Collaborating with travel partners to relocate patients back to their home countries.
• Supporting charities globally with medical assistance/advice.
• Building strong relationships with clients, customers, and both internal and external parties.
• Keeping the database up to date and demonstrating strong administration skills.
• Providing exceptional customer service and developing client relationships.
• Working in line with team SLAs.
• Ensuring high-quality output of day-to-day activities in line with the role.
• Involvement in relevant process functions.

Experience Required

• Nursing qualification.
• Fluent in French.
• Administration skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience effectively dealing with high volumes and quick turnaround times.
