Job summary

SRG in Dublin is seeking a Mechanical Shift Technician to join their energy team. You will train across a broad range of processes including predictive maintenance, CMMS, reliability techniques on fuel oil and industrial gas systems, turbines, boilers, and pumps.

You may be called to respond to emergencies outside normal hours. Rotating 12.25-hour shifts (4 day blocks, 4 rest days; then 4 night blocks, 4 rest days; cycle repeats).

Qualifications

• Craft-qualified in a mechanical discipline with previous relevant experience.
• Experience with CMMS systems and predictive maintenance.
• Analytical mindset with ability to lead and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day work with on-site shift technicians and other engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deviations in utility plant and equipment; perform root cause analysis.
• Support preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance and ensure PMs are completed on schedule.
• Lead and mentor team members to resolve complex plant deviations and failures.
• Assist in planning and executing complex utility service isolations for maintenance.
