Anderson McQue Inc. is hiring an Electrical Shift Technician for a demanding on-site role at our Dublin-area facility. The position covers a 4x12.25h day shift block, followed by a 4x12.25h night shift block, with rest periods in between, and repeats.

The role includes training across predictive maintenance, CMMS, HV/LV distribution, turbines, and related plant equipment. Responsibilities include coordinating with shift technicians, serving as liaison to service providers, performing root cause

Formación

• Analytical mindset.
• _generic: Six Sigma/Lean experience preferred.
• Past working experience ideally gained in energy conversion and distribution.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day work with shift technicians, especially during morning changeovers.
• Be the point of contact for service providers on site.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on plant faults.
• Record and investigate deviations in processes and equipment.
• Carry out planned preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain and improve CMMS data and PMs for plant equipment.
• Develop PMs, job plans and SOPs for plant equipment.
• Liaise with stores to identify spare parts requirements.
• Review maintenance programmes to optimise uptime.
• Support safety procedures and compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the maintenance team.
• Assist in root cause analyses with site and HV engineers.
