Our client, a top 3 main contractor in Ireland, are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team in Wexford . Their existing projects portfolio include large scale Commercial and Residential, Life Science/Pharma, Mission critical as well as future high profile projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all stages of the Mechanical Services project delivery cycle, including Pre-Construction, Planning, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning .
• Ensure timely coordination and delivery of design team information and details required for project activities.
• Implement and manage the MEP deliverables for the project to meet agreed standards.
• Ensure all MEP works adhere to the highest safety standards.
• Inspect installations to ensure compliance with the approved quality plan.
• Monitor project programmes and review the progress of MEP service installations.
• Foster collaboration between the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Relevant Third level qualification in Building Services M&E or Mechanical Engineering trade.
• 7 years’ experience in building services co-ordination.
• Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred, ideally project experience in Med-tech, Pharma, Industrial, Datacentre.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
