Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager to lead the design of complex building systems and manage multidisciplinary projects.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with architectural and structural teams, and act as the primary client contact on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering design experience within an MEP consulting environment.
• Proven project management experience overseeing multiple building projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building systems.
• Passion for mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC and mechanical system design for a range of project types.
• Manage projects from proposal through construction with scope, schedule and budget focus.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Serve as the primary client contact and lead project meetings.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and provide construction administration support.
