Job Description:

Our client is a leading Irish Contractor with projects throughout the UK, Ireland, and Europe. They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Restoration / Refurbishment, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, and Pharmaceutical.

Undertaking all aspects of building services, working on a wide variety of modern plant, equipment, and systems controlled by BMS. Ensuring design, installation, and commissioning of complex M&E packages.

Previous projects experience in Life Sciences/Industrial/Pharma preferable, and main contractor experience.

Requirements:

1. Previous Main Contractor experience, ideally large scale industrial experience.
2. 10+ years of experience as a Mechanical / Electrical Project Manager.
3. Third level qualification or Trades background (Excellent knowledge of Trades).
4. IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft software.
5. Excellent delegation and organisational skills.
6. Ability to work well within a team and to collaborate with others.

Package:

€70K- €90K salary package and negotiable depending on experience. Full time permanent staff role with great career prospects.
