Job Opportunity: Mechanical Construction Manager

Exciting opportunity available for a Mechanical Construction Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading onsite mechanical teams to meet project requirements and deadlines, including project scheduling and planning. You will report to the project manager and manage resources, crews of direct labor and subcontractors, order materials, oversee the progress and quality of work, and ensure strict adherence to the EHS plan.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select tools, materials, and equipment; track inventory.
• Manage construction sites, ensuring workers adhere to plans and safety standards.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure project requirements are delivered on time.
• Report project progress to management and complete audit reports.
• Oversee onsite and offsite construction to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.

Role Requirements:

• Strong background in Mechanical Services.
• Experience working on large and industrial projects.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in site management.
• Ability to manage projects effectively under tight deadlines.
